A common question for our staff is regarding downloads in the zip format. Which is best at extracting the downloads?
https://www.7-zip.org PLR Planet recommends 7-Zip to extract and compress zip files. Please try this if when extracting the file it says too long of file path for the name of the file with Microsoft Explorer unzipper and compressor.
