So let’s talk about the business case for book writing. And when we start, when we talk about this, we first wanna talk about the two cases for writing a book. In particular, if you have a business already, and there are two cases to consider, and if you’re thinking about writing a book or you’ve already written one, you’ve gotta be able to think through these two cases before we start talking about the technical part we’re gonna be putting inside of the business.

And the first case is always gonna be maximizing the audience and the province. And with the content from your book. I mean, that’s definitely what you want to be able to do. So in other words, you’re gonna have an audience based on the book you write, and you wanna be able to maximize a revenue that comes from that book, from having created that content.

And that’s one case that we need to be able to consider. The second case is being able to use the book along with and in your present business so that it brings you more of what it is you sell. Now, maybe you don’t sell books for a living. Maybe you sell clothes, maybe you sell eyeglasses, maybe you sell coffee cups, it doesn’t matter.

Whatever it is, you wanna be able to use your book so that it sells more of that without having to create something new. And we’re gonna get into how you’re gonna be able to do that. But those are the two cases that you want to be able to consider when you start talking about, am I going to use a book in my business?

If you already have an online part of your business or your promotion, this is gonna be easier. So if you’ve already got things like websites in place, you’ve already got your social media in place, you’re already doing things like a podcast or a video channel, all of this is gonna be easier and you’re gonna understand this a lot easier, but you don’t have to have those things.
